Role Summary

  • Manufacture all production products
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and master new skills
  • Work as part of a small team or on own initiative
  • Computer literate
  • To assemble products following customer drawings and instructions.
  • To ensure the correct use of equipment in the work area
  • Ensure that all instructions for the safe operation of any equipment is followed, and that any PPE is worn as required
  • Any malfunction of equipment or difficulties with any job should be reported immediately to your team leader/supervisor
  • All quality guidelines must be followed accurately, and all specific customer requirements met as instructed
  • In addition, the job holder may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager from time to time
  • Marking / Labelling products


  • Self-motivated with experience in a production environment
  • Experience of working within defined quality systems
  • Reading and understanding of electrical schematic drawings
  • Working with electrical control schemes and transmission and distribution sector
  • Ability to work as part of a small team and have excellent communication skills
  • Good time keeping and attendance record
  • Confidence to deal courteously and efficiently with a wide variety of people
  • Flexible approach to tasks and duties
  • Professional Attitude
